What’s In A Name?

Many times throughout my life, I have been asked about my name. My first name, Devoreaux, is a great conversation starter. When I was in elementary school, I would get frustrated going back to school shopping. I was frustrated, not because I couldn’t decide on what items to pick out, but because I never saw my name on pencils or erasers or notebooks. Fast forward twenty years later, and I have come to love my name.

A name is a sense of identity. A name gives a sense of pride. A name defines and owns purpose.

Today, I am pleased to wear my name on my wrist. This beautiful brass bracelet is handmade and has been shipped all the way from Poland. I love this golden beauty! It’s the perfect piece of jewelry for any casual or chic look! This dainty bracelet adds personality and style to any outfit! I love wearing it stacked, but it also looks great solo or just paired with a watch!

This stylish bracelet is one of my favorite things to wear! I love the simple elegance it adds to this outfit!

It is a great name, I have run across it in stories that I have read. They were good stories. One of these it will click in my brain, which stories they were. Enjoying you blog.

I love my name. Always have. I expected not to find my name on things when I was little. As an adult, I am not only shocked but sad I don’t see my name on things. It’s 2017. A world of technology, apps and fancies. So, why would I not find my name on things. However, I like the fact that I can get things made just for me; makes me feel unique, special and the ‘IT GIRL.’ Lol
If I was to get a handmade bracelet, for and from me ;), I would have it say Amour. If it was a gift from someone else, I would be ecstatic about it being just for me.
Beautiful bracelet. You wear it well!
